谈婚论嫁

今夜，我又和爸爸与几位大老板应酬。
可是今晚特别于话题。
由于，韩阿姨的儿子要结婚了。
所以自然的也把我拉下水。
韩阿姨说我年龄不小了，是时候谈婚论嫁了。
害我吓得流冷汗，怕韩姨把我有男朋友的事情抖出来。

大家都说我爸虽然看起来很年轻，
但是是个老古板。
以前，都没有男生敢追求我，
因为他们知道他们的脸没有我爸的拳头大。
以前爸爸不同意我谈恋爱，因为我还在读书。
现在，毕业了，他乃然对我谈恋爱之事有反对的意识。

韩阿姨老骂我爸：故寒！老古董！自私！
女儿养这么大，关在家里。
小心老了脸黄就没有人娶了。（我汗。。。）

我爸也不甘示弱，反驳说他只是怕他女儿我嫁出去，受委屈。
他要我丈夫入赘。我无语了。。。
不知道我爸倒地时怎么想的。都几个世纪了。他还。。。叹。。。

经过，韩阿姨和吴大uncle苦苦相劝，洗脑后，
爸爸才开通了一点，
开始开口问我关于我男朋友的点滴。

知道我男朋友家庭背景不错，
经过一番描述我男朋友的事业与学业，
我男朋友的发奋与对待我的方式，
爸爸开始慢慢接受。

于是我开始说我男朋友的不好，
说我男朋友太让我失自由，
总是不让我买我喜欢的东西，
总是要我等到东西减价后才买。
总是很节省，和我合不来。
时常因为我挥霍金钱而和我吵架。

怎知道，爸爸听了更高兴，
总于有人可以制止我这败家女了。
我傻眼。。。

他补充说，
他自己已经很豪爽开销，
我是他女儿，有他的基因，
他骂又不是，纵容又不是，
幸好有个女婿看住我。
我心想：你奶奶的，要我少花钱就直接说咯。

其实，
我也没有想快快嫁出去，
不想快快离开疼爱我的爸爸。
我公公也因为我有了男朋友，
怕我嫁去远方，而发我脾气，不和我说话。=.=!!

我和我男朋友谈合，
策划两年后，稳定后，才结婚。
所以，不急，不急。

玩够再说。
再说，我现在就已经很幸福了哦~~~

刁蛮公主踏入社会记

首先，我想说明，
刁蛮公主这外号是警察叔叔取的。

我常杖着自己比别人多读一点书
就摆架子。
现在想起来就觉得很幼稚。

今天过得很充实！
所以想写写日记于大家分享。

今早像往常一样睡到自然醒，
今天穿的衣服妈妈帮我放一旁，
工人帮我放水洗澡，
梳洗完毕就中午了。

下楼吃午餐，
妈妈顺便帮我打辫子。

这时，遇上爸爸工作伙伴，
就聊了起来。
我说我很闷，
她就带我去板场看看。

到了那里，
我才体会爸爸平时工作的辛苦。
我很内疚。。。
那里什么娱乐都没有。
尘土一片。木同如山。
阿姨就开始述说当年是怎能打出这片江山。
虽然认识阿姨很久，
每每只看见她穿得风风光光，
却不知道她背后付出的汗水。
现在，我了了。

回家刚冲好凉，
阿姨又打电话给我叫我陪她去洗头发。
怎知道我们下午四点去理发，
晚上十点才回家。
屁股都坐遍了。
可是，却学到了课本上学不到的社会经验。

长这么大，我第一次这么享受！
一边电头发，一边吃大龙虾，一边喝酒！
和贵妇出来洗发不一样就是不一样！

结论是，
我还是很害怕入社会，
太黑暗了，
我还是乖乖做我爸的乖女儿先~

晚上十一点，
和几个弟弟的世交出来聊人生，
聊生意，
感觉他们一个个长大了。
心慰~

不聊了，
等下早上五点要起床要和妈妈，婶婶，还有几位婶婶的朋友去喝早茶~

Dearest diary,
i just came back from cinema, watching nasilemak 2.0

I think its a film that unite our nation
and put our hands together to fight for justice
not to fight for your own race,
but fight for us as in one.

Other than that,
I would like to say that the film speaks what were unspoken and left buried deep down in a Malaysian's heart.

If you were not a Malaysian,
you might not understand the message/ critism hidden behind
but all these are the laughing points of all Malaysian.

Anyway,
this film makes history.

Hoping that those who had watched this film
won't call a Nepal a 'si bangalah' anymore.
We live in one country,
live in peacefully by living together.

If you urge to fight,
not against the races but against the injustice, the dark politics,
and fight with those who sitting high up playing his people as if they were playing a chess game.

Dear diary,
Had been a hectic day shopping around bukit bintang with granny.

Bought many clothes that suit the weather here. All sorts of sexy~

But the climax was when I met this handicapped man selling tissues.
I wanted to donate him some money but he refused, I was shocked.
Then I hand him 10 ringgit for a pack of tissue and asked him to keep the change.

That makes me feel good throughout the day.

Went shopping with grandma this afternoon.
The best purchase of the day- la senza.
I was at 36C when I was in UK,
Somehow the salesgirl in msia told me I look better in shape with 34C.
I guess the slimming club I have joined worth at last.
I later convince myself that size doesn't matter at all.
After all, they always say that those with big boobs comes will small brain x

hey people! im back! thank god twin tower is still there and thank god that i've arrived safely in msia on 911. x

And here i am,
back to the land i am born in- Malaysia.

yesterday, upon arrival, My grandma had booked a taxi which fetched me from airport and straight to klcc to do some shopping as i told her i didnt bring much clothes with me -.-!

my very first dish was local nasi lemak x

im gonna stay in KL for a week before i go back to kch. ( which my grandparent insisted me to stay by pre- booking the hotel)

soooooo bored in the hotel alone, especially when u hav jet lag n cant sleep 3am in the morning...

i was thinking to have some pork porridge in the cafe nearby but i am too scare to step outside the hotel front door.

as i am deeply influenced by my grandma's lecturer n all the KL negarive news she had told me about - scary!!

so, here i am, blogging in my queen sized bed with a glass of cherry red wine and a cooling cucumber mask.

Basic Rules For Dining Etiquette :

Don't put your elbows on the table; in fact, unless you are cutting something that requires both hands, your idle hand should be in your lap.
Dress for the occasion. Formal means tuxedos and ball gowns. Business lunch or dinner usually means you should wear a suit or other professional attire
Arrive at least 10 minutes early if not otherwise specified
Check your appearance
Greet your host(s). Shaking hands is the usual way, particularly if it is a business function. If you are wearing a coat, ask where you can put it

Tips to Dine at Ease

Table settings are like road maps that guide you through the courses of a meal
Forks (except the seafood fork), are placed to the left of the plate
Glasses are to the right of the dinner plate
Knives and spoons are placed at the right side of the plate
Remember the "etiquette rule", solids to the left, liquids to the right
During the courses of a meal you pick up the silverware pieces from the outside in, toward your plate
Napkins are to remain on your lap until the completion of the meal
Do compliment the host/ess on the preparation, tastiness or presentation of the meal

Place Settings

When faced with a place setting that's got more than one fork, knife and spoon, the golden rule is to start from the outside and work in, using the smallest pair for starters and larger pairs for following courses. Some dishes require special utensils, such as steak, which needs a sharper blade to cut it, or fish, conventionally eaten using a knife with a broad angled blade and pointed tip. If you order one of these, don't panic when the waiting staff take your knife away - they'll be bringing you the correct one shortly.
Dessert spoons sit at the top of a place setting, while soup spoons may lie alongside the knives or be brought to you when you order soup. Don't mix the two up - a narrow-bowled dessert spoon is difficult to eat soup from without slurping, while taking delicate mouthfuls of a pudding is impossible using a soup spoon!
Wine and water glasses will also be laid at place settings. The smaller wine glass is used for white wine, so drinkers can better appreciate its delicate aroma, while fuller-bodied reds go in bigger goblets. Water will usually be served in glasses similar to the red wine ones.

Food

Don't assume that something isn't available just because it's not on the menu. If there are elements you like the look of in different on-menu dishes, ask whether you can add or substitute ingredients, or have meat cooked a little differently from what's specified in the description. Most restaurants will be happy to accommodate your wishes - though it occasionally means paying a supplement. Unless they're included in a dish's menu description, main courses may not include vegetables. Some restaurants will serve vegetables as accompaniments in separate dishes; others will expect you to order them as side dishes. Check with the waiting staff if you're not sure what to expect.
Some top-grade restaurants will serve extra, very small courses in between the ones you've ordered. These can include an amuse-bouche, served before the starter to get the taste buds working, a palate-clearing dish between main course and dessert, and petits fours to go with coffee. Don't worry that you haven't ordered them - there shouldn't be a charge, they're just part of the experience.
Your side plate should be used for bread, and bread only - it's not a place to leave bones, the heads of prawns or anything else. If receptacles aren't provided for these sorts of things, just leave them neatly on the edge of your plate.

Wine

Restaurants usually have a separate wine list, with the very best offering the services of a sommelier (or wine waiter) to take your orders and make recommendations. If you're bewildered by what's on offer, tell the waiting staff your preferences and ask them to recommend something.When the bottle arrives, the waiting staff will open it and ask one of your table to test it. Don't feel you need to sniff, slurp and spit like a connoisseur - just take a small sip. If it doesn't smell odd or have a peculiar taste, relax and enjoy.

Afterwards

Unlike America, tipping in England isn't standard practice - it's a reward for the quality of service received. If you feel a tip is in order, standard practice is to leave roughly ten per cent of the total cost of your meal. However, check your bill first to see whether there's a service charge included in the total. If this is the case, don't bother tipping - you'll be paying twice for the same thing.If there's anything at all about the meal you weren't happy with, don't be bashful about letting the waiting staff know. It's beneficial to both sides - good staff will ensure you get compensation in the form of a discount or complimentary offering, while the restaurant needs to know what they're doing wrong so they can improve their standards.
Above all, remember that going out to eat is meant to be an enjoyable experience for you, the customer. The waiting staff should be bending over backwards to make sure you're having a good time - their livelihoods depend on making the restaurant's patrons feel welcome, comfortable, valued and, above all, full!

Well, I'm going to be realistic here.

SOCIETY itself strongly favors physical beauty. It doesn't matter where you're from. If you're a beautiful woman or man life will be much easier for you in society. Attractive people get higher wages and are considered more favorably in terms of social skills and intelligence. This might not be true but it is the general misperception.

So with that said, I will choose attractiveness above intelligence. Intelligence can be improved upon but there's only so much you can do with your looks before you start turning into a circus freak.

Truth is, you knew what you had, you just thought you'd never lose it.
This morning, I tried to tidy the mess on my desk and found these vip vouchers anran gave me.
He could have invited someone else.
But he bring me along instead :)
He said,
All he gave me maybe a disappointment to me
May be not what've been expected
But he gave me whatever he thinks there were the best.
Its all undeniable,
We are both trying hard to be perfect for each other
But what he haven't realise was that
I'm stressed...
The exam is near,
Want no more distraction.
But he has always be supportive.
He once make a touching promise
Which make me doubt
He said during this exam revision period
He will compromise and full fill whatever I've requested.
No matter how ridiculous those request were
He will try his very best to full fill them for me.
I told him don't make such promises

He said he have thought through what he've said.
I ignored.
Sometimes,
Guys didn't know what they are capable of,
They didn't know they've got limits.
They always thought they were God...

I wish I could think shallow,

自从认识了anran
才知道「前者一代致富，后者一夜致富」的道理。

发现很多人致富的原因都是用自己的资本和苦力换回来的。
而现在我开始了解另一个阶层的人们是怎么用前赚钱，用利息滚利息。
有钱人变得更有钱。

很多银行家把人民存进银行的钱拿去投资。银行的资本大，利润也大。
而人民为每个月几分利息感到自喜。
很多时候幕后的硬币操作很让人惊讶。

昨夜，通宵聊了很多经济学。
虽然这些有钱的小开，年纪轻，
却没有乱砸钱。
他们没有因为家里有钱就很猖狂，
而他们却好好利用这些父亲的资本投注在自己的未来。
他们都是读药剂科和化学系MBA, phd 学位，
这可见，学习是如此的重要。
一张大学毕业的文凭现在对外界来说外面通街都是。
若不比别人抢先读得更高，
很快的会被他们那个圈子挤出来。

而他们却教训我起来 -.-

他们认为有时候女生就是很肤浅，
以为物质上的满足可以持久。
他们叫我好好利用钱，
有空多读课外经济学。
我很不是滋味，奈然虚心接受。

看他们年纪轻轻，
讲起话来像40岁。
很像和爸爸的朋友说话。

觉得自己好像小孩子：（

可是昨晚得确学到课本上学不到的社会学。

我们是做大事的人，看远一点，看高一点。

Woke up so early.

I wake up very early to pack my stuffs,

coz jac jac is going to Oxford for a one day trip ^_^

After stressing out in library,

After 8 hours of stress
I finally would be able to escape
I went shopping at first.
Got myself some dior makeups
Since my bff have them
I always believe her taste
And her sense of fashion
Is always bang on :)

After that,
I went to my old friend's shop.
He works there as a bartender.
The cosmopitan he made was awesome!!
I just can't believe that's his made!
I think he cheats! Haha.

Now I'm in casino waiting for anran.
He just finish work.
Why am I always need to be the one who waits! Arghh!!
He is dead!!!!!

Anyway, I'm going to have a few go at the roulette table while waiting for him.

　记得小学，用的花露水。

　也因为这样的搜集，

前个星期日，

因为在家很闷，

经过香水柜台，

忍不住在那里逗留了好久，

　原本想买chloe。

偶遇下，

顿时，

　与这香水的回忆慢慢浮现。

　开始的香味是花香带一点水果味道。

　多一份musk的味道，水果味道慢慢带出来。

　渐渐，

　这位男生从KL买了两瓶Envy Me 回来。

一瓶送给他的姐姐，

　一瓶送给我。

　我记得很清楚，

　因为他用了很烂的借口，

　把香水送给我了。

　他说因为有offer,

　买一送一，

　所以也‘顺便’买了一瓶送给我。

他是个个子比较大支的男生，

我认识他的时候，

他是个踏实的巴士司机。

他常常和我聊天。

聊聊怎么追他心仪的女生。

我很常告诉他，

别急着恋爱，

等他事业成功后，

不怕没有女生要。

我留学这几年，

我看着他从一个巴士司机

变成很霸气的汽车销售员。

这个时候我就开始胡思乱想发白日梦
回头看看自己人生
犯下没有必要的叛逆
开始知道自己长大了
知道自己以前有多么固执幼稚

现在我要从错误里面
爬出来~

心情特别好

I don't know why did we choose casino
But we did
We had a texas platter as starter
And anran's friend asked me
Why I eat chicken wings n ribs
With fork n knife.
Before I could reply, anran said
" she doesn't wash her hands, that's why."
Hmmm... That's a good answer ^_^

And, I do, always, eat chicken wings with fork n knife.

Don't be surprise to see how clean I could slice those flesh of the chicken wings ^_^

I also do use fork n knife to eat crabs n prawns ^_^

Then, as usual, I had lamb shank.
The boys had raw bloody steak.
Match perfectly with the merlot.

Later, we gambled.
Anran gave me £50 to play on roulette
I lose them all out in 5 sec..

As the night played on with pop music
I decided to go home early
Tomorrow I gotta wake up early~

An escape to London

Dear diary,
I had an incredile time in London today.

I visited uncle mark and aunty mary
We had a chinese meal in china town.

I was so annoyed with the traffic in London.
We got stucked on the same junction for ages
Before destination reached.

Overall, the short trip was fullfilled
As we hopped into waterstone's bookstore.
I spent 3 hours reading a free book instore
On a comforting chair
Which the facilities that u will never find in publc bookstore in msia.
Last time, I've this bad habit of
Reading free books in store
By doing so, have to stand and read
Sometimen,
u got to bare the risk of being humiliate by store manager :p

Its not that can't afford the book,
Its just that the habit slwly build up throughout the years :)

After 3 hours,
Whereby ii've reached chapter 5,
I decided to buy the book.

I took the book,
And continue reading in costa,
The cafe on groud floor. :)

I think this is the best way to past your time in a big city like London,
To be honest,
Other than a good place to shop in,
I find London a difficult place to live in.
Everyone is so rush, so busy, so scary.
Hardly find a friendly smile on their face.
How pathetic...

With the love story carried,
I went to st pancreas champagne bar :)

I had four different champagne
Which had included dom peridone ;)

Well, not sure if its me that not expert in tasting
Or was th champagne itself,
It tastes not much different from moet.
However, the good part of having expensive champagne
Is that u will not get hangover :)
Which is just perfect for me as I'm working the following day.

As usual,
I had a big plate of seafood platter to go with the champagne.

Nothing much,
Nothing bought but a love story :)

I pinky promise that I will upload more photos of the short trip :)

有一部分女孩因为男孩玩网游而和他吵架甚至分手了。。。。特别是DOTA。。。。。。。

很多时候，DOTAER们是腾不出手来的。。。。。。。要知道魔兽争霸的WOW是不一样的。。。

WOW的窗口模式是能打的。。。。。。。但War的窗口很让人蛋疼。。。

女孩，如果他玩Dota，你不管用什么方式联系他，他能理你都说明他爱你，他的右手是离不开鼠标的，左手是离不开键盘的，只要他理你都说明他放弃了他的游戏。

DOTA作为一个即时性的节奏感很强的游戏，所有时间，所有阶段都是很重要的，不管他是gank、carry还是辅助，他的双手是离不开键盘和鼠标的。

如果用扣扣：

只要他回复你了，都说明他爱你，因为他果断放弃了他的4个队友；

Had a glass of fontegnac claret merlot- Cabernet to begin with~

Anran says he can't take wine tonight,

coz i gotta drive home later ^^

so, i can have all of em~

Had soup as starter.

He bought this stupid chinese chicken leg as starter.

errr, i looks... scary.

So, i didnt eat...

He cooks, I watch :)

He made chinese lamb dish,

sadly i hardly remember the name of the dish.

今天为了几道数学题烦了整个早上，

听到肚子响了才知道忘记吃午餐。

打扮漂亮漂亮出街，

忘了今天是easter sunday，

没有店开门。

arghhh...

真的肚子很饿，

没办法，

只好回家吃妈咪寄给我的high protein milk shake,

平时忘了喝，快过期了，现在派上用场了~~

在喝milk shake当儿，

写了信息给在踢球的Anran 发唠叨。

投诉说，

我忘了今天没有店开，

我没有厕纸，没有食物 T.T

等了许久，

他都没有回我信息。

心想，

他还在踢球吧。

怎知道！！！

不一会儿，

当我在窗前温书时，

有人用石头丢我的玻璃窗，

抬头一看，

在我家外，

看到了anran 双手叉腰耍酷。

我。。。。

不知道。。。

告诉自己要冷静，

不要掉进陷阱。

这就男生的狡猾。

我酷酷的去开门。

酷酷的问他来干嘛。

他酷酷的说，

他来急救。

他拿出三卷卫生纸。

我们两都笑了。=]

我说谢谢。

他说不用谢，

卫生纸他能办到，

可是要卫生巾，对他来说就有点难度了。

他说他‘顺便’就带我出去吃晚餐。

我就邀请他来我家坐坐，

等我换衣服。

才换好衣服，

看见他帮我做我烦了一天的数学题。

我，感动了。

我说谢谢。

他说不用谢。

做数学他还可以，

可是要他懂女人心，难！=.=!!

忘了他是读在 phd 的书痴!!!

他也是药剂师，

所以可以帮我考试。^^

我们之后去吃印度餐~
